2. Ticket Verification and Use
After successful payment, the system will automatically send the electronic ticket (e-ticket) or confirmation code via email or SMS to the customer's registered address.

Customers are requested to check the ticket information immediately upon receipt to ensure accuracy (name, phone number, visit date, number of tickets, etc.).
Tickets are only valid on the date indicated on the ticket and are non-transferable.

3. Cancellation, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Tickets purchased cannot be canceled, refunded, or have their information changed after payment, except in special cases due to system errors or at the discretion of Samten Hills Dalat.

In case of force majeure (natural disasters, system malfunctions, changes to the schedule at the request of authorities, etc.), Samten Hills Dalat will assist in changing the visit date or issuing a refund according to the specific regulations of each case.

4. Payment Information Security
All transaction data and customer card information are encrypted and protected to the highest standards of electronic payment security.

Samten Hills Dalat does not store customer payment card information on its system.

Payment transactions are processed directly on the system of a licensed payment intermediary in Vietnam.
